Engraving HQ ยท UK enquiries
Printed trophy centres for clubs, events and award suppliers. Tell us the centre size, the design and the quantity you need, whether it is a single project or a trade order.
We can review your artwork and discuss the format and finish before quoting. If you are supplying your own trophies or components, include a photo so we can check what you need.

Clubs and events
Bring a competition, school event or presentation together with artwork that identifies the occasion. Send the wording, logo and number of centres you need.
Trade and repeat orders
If you prepare awards for customers, send the centre specification, artwork, quantity and deadline. We can discuss repeat work against an agreed design.
What to send for a quote
- The centre size and shape you need, or a photo with measurements if you are unsure
- Your logo, artwork and exact wording
- The number of centres and any different designs or names
- Your required date and whether you have trophies or components already
Check the sizes on any existing awards before ordering. We will confirm whether your design and specification are suitable for the requested centre.

Trophy centre questions
What size centre do I need?
Measure the recess or holder on your award rather than relying on the overall trophy size. If you are unsure, send us a clear photo with a ruler beside it.
Can I use my own logo or design?
Yes, send the artwork with your enquiry. We will review how it will fit the centre and let you know if any changes are needed.
Can every centre have different wording?
Include the full list of names or wording and the quantity for each version. We will check the requirements before quoting.
Do you handle small and wholesale orders?
Trade orders are a main focus, and individual enquiries are welcome. Tell us the quantity so we can quote for your specific job.
What if I need the trophies as well?
Tell us about the complete award you have in mind. Our group also includes Trophy HQ for trophies and medals.
